Oh Myo Kim is Associate Professor of the practice in Counseling, Developmental & Educational Psychology at Boston College.

Oh Myo is a professor, researcher and psychologist. She holds a BA in English, a Master of Divinity, and a PhD in Counseling Psychology. Oh Myo teaches classes for undergraduates and graduates students in the Mental Health Counseling program in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development. She is also an affiliate faculty of the Asian American Studies Program.

As a researcher, her articles have appeared in the Journal of Adolescent Research, Asian American Journal of Psychology, Drama Therapy Review, International Social Work, and others.

As a therapist, Oh Myo is trained in mindfulness based cognitive therapy, specifically Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and completed postdoctoral work in eating disorders.
